The RapidPURETM RNA Tissue Kit is designed to isolate and purify high quality total RNA from small amounts of various human and animal tissues (e.g. muscle, liver, heart, and brain), tissue sections from lung, spleen, or kidney, and paraffin embedded tissue samples. The kit can also be used for simultaneous isolation of total RNA and proteins as well as for RNA cleanup in trizol phases.
Depending on the expected yield or the needed concentration, total RNA can be eluted with different volumes of RNA Elution Buffer. A lower volume of RNA Elution Buffer will increase the concentration of RNA and a higher volume of RNA Elution Buffer will lead to an increased yield but a lower concentration of total RNA. The minimum of RNA Elution Buffer should be 30 μl.
