The RapidPURE DNA Tissue Kit is designed to isolate and purify genomic DNA from fresh or frozen small amounts of many animal and human tissues (liver, muscle, heart, brain etc), biopsy material, rodent tails, insects, swabs, eukaryotic cell pellets or even paraffin-embedded tissues, as well as animal origin food samples. The RapidPURE DNA Tissue Kit also allows for isolation of apoptotic DNA ladders from cells, and well as purifying DNA from very small amounts of starting material,less than 5 ng DNA (>1.000 copies).
